What is your Return Policy

 

If you are completely not satisfied with your purchase (damage during shipment, wrong item, type, shade and etc.) you can send it back to us. Returns must be made within  7 days from date of receive and with details as below:

 

  1.  Order ID.
  2.  Invoice List in the shipment.
  3.  Latest bank account details (to arrange refund or we will use the bank account details that was previously filed with us).
  4.  Item bought during promotional events are not accepted for return and exchange.

 

What will I get back of return item

 

You can choose for a prorated refund to yours antsbead.com account or exchange to a same price or other items.

 

How about postage charges

 

Buyers would have to bare for the postage fee shipped back to use during return process. Please allow 14 working days for this process to be complete. We do not refund shipping charges that the customer has paid during first purchase and the return shipping fee.

 

How can I return my purchase

 

Kindly email your inquiry to antsdynamic60@gmail.com with subject “Return Item”. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state by registered mail/courier service. We Do Not accept return for opened or used merchandise. For opened merchandise, contact us before sending back, we will consider to accept the return on case by case basis. We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed. For making the process run smoothly and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) matter & condition.

 

How long will it take
